Nu-Derm Alginate Wound Dressings are sterile, non-woven pads consisting of high G (guluronic acid) alginate and carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) fibre. Nu-Derm Alginate dressings have a high absorbent capacity ideal for the management of moderate to heavily exuding wounds. They are fast gelling and have strong wet strength which allows for it to be removed in one piece. Nu-Derm Alginate can be cut or folded to accommodate the wound bed.
