Assura EasiClose Colostomy Pouch by Coloplast Inc. has a wider outlet size that provides an easier emptying process. The lower portion of the outlet may be folded backwards with the Velcro® dot attached to the back of the outlet. Because of the new location of the filter, at the top of the pouch/above the coupling, users may experience extended filter wear times. The slicker interior film makes emptying easier and quicker for individuals with thicker output.
