Smith & Nephew Inc.’s Dermal Wound General Purpose Wound Cleanser is made with active antimicrobial Benzethonium Chloride and surfactant Polysorbate 20. This product is used to prevent infection in minor cuts, scrapes and burns, wash small superficial wounds, and remove exudate and other foreign debris from the skin and wounds.
Product Specifications:
•Non-toxic pH-balanced first aid antiseptic, non-toxic.
•It does not irritate the skin.
•Made with surfactants and moisturizers that aid in removing debris and dressing residue from the wound bed, no harsh scrubbing necessary.
•Dermal Wound Cleanser does not require rinsing because it is not a soap.
