3M Tegaderm Absorbent Transparent Dressing by 3M is a waterproof bacterial barrier that allows patients to shower and protects the site from outside contaminants. Breathable film lets skin to function normally with good exchange of moisture vapor and oxygen. It creates a moist wound environment to enhance healing and lessen pain. Unique, non-adherent pad won't stick to the wound, allowing normal wound healing processes to occur with less pain and trauma. Enables clinicians to monitor pressure ulcers, skin tears and other moderately exuding wounds without changing the dressing. It offers better fluid management and wear-time than the leading hydrocolloid dressing. Provides a breathable bacterial and viral barrier to outside contaminants.
