The DeWrap self adhesive bandage produced by DeRoyal Industries is a 3 layer compression system designed for venous insufficiency treatment, lower extremity edema and venous leg ulcer management. This bandage layer group delivers graduated and sustained compression on an up to seven day wear time. All three layers have specific qualities; the absorptive layer is a porous and conformable wrap that pads bony prominences, the elastic layer provides a comfortable and easy to apply pressure, and finally the cohesive layer is the protective outer bandage with a self adhering property to last a seven day wear time.
