Charges on my card that I do not recognize.

Log into your account and access your dashboard.  Click on the "My Orders" link so you can look at your order history and get the chance to compare it with your credit card statement. You may also contact our Customer Service Department for any assistance. 

How can I get a copy of my invoice?

Contact our Customer Service Staff and we will gladly email you a copy of your invoice.

When will my account be credited after a credit memo?

Your account will be credited 7-15 days after the credit memo is issued. 

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will it be charged as soon as the order takes place?
